What About Bob?
Hi, I’m Bob Nelson. I’ve been involved in health and nutrition for 25 years now. I have made a full time living for the past 7 years with HTE USA. We market oxygen, energy and light therapy equipment that helps people get the extra edge in life that they want. Enhancing your immune system to whatever level you need is my desire for you. I work with individuals who just want to improve their health. But I (also) will help those that would like to increase their income through marketing our products.
I’ve been self employed for 37 years. I was in the Hardee’s restaurant franchise business for 25 years but decided to help people improve their health by switching to the health and nutrition industry. I have never regretted my decision.
I am always looking for the extra edge in life and in my health. I’m very active at age “65” and play hockey two to three days per week, year round. I work out as much as possible and retired from rodeo several years ago at age 58. After retiring from rodeo, I put more emphasis on hockey to stay in shape. In fact, I played on the (over 50) National Senior Winter Olympics Hockey Team in Lake Placid, NY.
Thirty-eight teams competed in the senior division. During four days of competition, we played seven games and had a lot of players using HTE equipment. Our team won the Bronze Medal! I have no doubt that using HTE equipment throughout that time helped my endurance and recovery.
At age 59, I had shoulder surgery after a rodeo accident and really got out of shape (as you can see in this “before” photo!). I committed to the “Body for Life” program to regain my strength and lose some weight. I did use our equipment through this process, along with a good nutrition regiment. The end result allowed me to finish in the top 1,000 finalists out of 35,000 contestants across the USA and Canada!
I’ve used the Chi Machine and HotHouse with different injuries I’ve encountered in sports over the years, and I believe that my recovery time has been reduced by 50% with the help of Therapeutic Massage and Far Infrared Heat.
My latest was some severed and torn shoulder muscles from a hockey injury. When I had the same surgery 6 years ago on my other shoulder I did not know the power of the Hot House and Far Infrared Therapy.
After 4 hours of reconstructive surgery, they sent me home and I was told to ice my shoulder for 2- 3 days. Instead I iced for 2-3 hours and then started using the infrared dome 2-3 hours per day. I also double dosed on Back to Nature nutrients and hit the enzymes, antioxidants and liquid aloe.
I went back to see my doctor to have the stitches taken out. He was surprised that I was only using half the dose of pain meds he recommended. After 10 days, I was off the pain medication. The doctor informed me that most of his patients take double what I was taking for 30 days. My therapist was also surprised to see the range of movement I had at just two weeks. I went back to playing hockey at 6 weeks. Other players were surprised as some of them had been out 4-6 months with the same injury.
I used both the Chi Machine and the Hot House during my recovery. Going into my 7th week of recovery, my doctor told me he didn’t need to see me anymore. When he walked in to see me, he smiled and told me that I was a healer (that I recover quickly).
Three years ago, I opened a demonstration center called the St. Croix Valley Wellness Center in Forest Lake, Minnesota. It’s available for testing equipment for anyone intent on seeing all the equipment we have. It’s also available for Reps to bring their clients in to test the equipment.
My wife Karen and I have six children and six grandchildren. We’ve been married for 36 years and are looking forward to the next 30 years.
My mother is 91 years old. She is my best health subject. She listens to everything I suggest, uses our equipment and takes a lot of nutritional supplements. She loves to dance, has an 80-year old boyfriend, and loves to travel. She looks about 70 years young. Thanks Ma, for being such a good subject!
Our lives and business have been blessed by God, and we thank him everyday for all that he has given us. We love the Lord with all our hearts and wish you all would get to know him as your Lord and Savior.
